Templated TTX- Utilize a templated TTX purpose-built for the scenario type, such as BCP or Incident Response scenario and deliver via a half-day workshop. Can be virtual or onsite, but onsite travel costs billed separately.

‍Plan Review - Cursory review of the existing plan as part of TTX planning and after-action

‍Basic Interviews - Conduct up to 3 hours of interviews with relevant stakeholders

‍Management Reporting - Create a management powerpoint deck that includes observations and recommendations from the TTX

‍Plan Gap Analysis - Enhance the powerpoint with observations and recommendations from the plan review
